Ms. Doyle graduated from Concordia University with a Bachelor's Degree in Education. She has worked in Early Childhood for twenty-five years now. Ms. Doyle loves watching children learn and grow.  She feels truly blessed to be part of the St. Paul's church and school family.  She and her youngest daughter moved to West Point in August of 2022.  Her oldest daughter lives in Omaha.     Ms. Doyle is new to St. Paul Lutheran School this year.

What's new with you?  I am beginning my 7th year here at St. Paul's!  This summer I have been able to enjoy lots of time on the farm and taking in some family time too.

​Graduated from the University of Michigan - Dearborn in 1994 with a Bachelor's of Arts Degree.  Mrs. Belinsky has held numerous jobs including  running the Focus Room for 9 years at Bear Lake Schools in Bear Lake, MI.  She also holds both a current Nursing Assistant certification and Medication Aide certification.  Mrs. Belinsky has worked at St. Paul Lutheran School since January of 2022.

What's something most people don't know about you?  I know enough Sign Language to be dangerous, but not enough to be certified!  I started to learn so that I could interpret sermons for my hubby.  I have also been called the loudest signer.
What's new with you?  I have only lived in Nebraska since August 2021 and experienced my very first December tornado not long after.

Mr. William "Mac" McAllister
Principal / PE Teacher
Education:
  ​Mr. Mac received his BA  in Elementary Education from Midland Lutheran College.  He received a Masters in Education Administration from the University of Nebraska-Omaha, a Specialist in  Educational Leadership from the University of Nebraska-​Lincoln and his Doctorate (ABD) in Educational Leadership from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.  He has held numerous positions over the years such as teacher, student teacher supervisor, elementary principal, superintendent of schools, both assistant and head football coach, receiver & quarterback coach, recruiting coordinator & offensive coordinator.  He has worked at Sargent Public Schools, University of Nebraska Omaha, Sutherland Public Schools, Concordia University, West Holt Public Schools and most recently, West Point Public Schools, before joining us here at St. Paul's.  He has earned ​awards such as ​an Outstanding Teacher Award, ​the ​Nebraska Coach of the Year, Coach of the Year, East West All-Star Coach (Twice), GPAC – HAAC Conference All Star Coach, and Regional Superintendent of the ​Year (Twice).  He says that his greatest accomplishments are being married to his beautiful wife ​Peg ​for 35 years, having four wonderful children (Emily a teacher,  Faith an optometrist, Mariah a registered nurse and Josiah who is currently in his 4th year of medical school) and three grandchildren, Benjamin, Olivia, and Beau.  This is Mr. Mac's first year with us here at St. Paul.

Pastor John P. Gierke

Education:
  Pastor Gierke received his BA from Concordia University, Nebraska in Seward in 1991 (History major, Religious Education minor, Pre-Seminary program), and his MDiv and Theological Diploma from Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, MO in 1996. He also studied at the seminary of the LCMS’ sister-Synod in Germany, Lutherische Theologische Hochschule, in Oberursel, Germany during the 1993-1994 school year as an exchange student. He served in various pastoral roles in the LCMS and its Mid-South District in Tennessee and Arkansas before accepting the Call from St. Paul Lutheran Church and School and coming to West Point in March 2022.
