St. Paul Lutheran School offers Preschool & Pre-Kindergarten through 8th grade.
St. Paul Lutheran School is a nationally accredited school through the NLSA. We are dedicated to providing a Christian education to Preschool through 8th grade students. The school was established in 1883. At that time the church building was not only a place of worship, but a classroom. Our curriculum consists of Religion (Pre-6th), Catechism (7th&8th), Math, Pre-Algebra, Algebra I (offered through GACC), English, Writing, Vocabulary, Phonics, Reading/Literature, Science, Social Studies, Technology, Music, and PE. We offer girls volleyball, girls and boys basketball and cheerleading. Students have the opportunity to co-op sports offered at West Point-Beemer Public for our 7th and 8th grade students. 💙 Comfort Starts HereEvery child deserves a place to feel safe, calm, and supported. That's why we're building a sensory corner at St. Paul, a cozy space where kids of all ages (yes, even up to 8th grade!) can pause, regulate, and re-center when the day feels like a lot.
Some of our students have diagnosed sensory needs, others are still being understood, but every one of them deserves a space built with them in mind. Research shows that sensory tools like weighted items and calming supports can genuinely help kids self-regulate and stay ready to learn. That's where you come in! You can "Adopt an Item" for our sensory corner: 🐠 Bubble/light-up fish tube 🪑 Wobble stools & wiggle seats 🛋️ Sensory/compression chair 🧸 Weighted lap pads, vests & stuffed animals 🎧 Noise-cancelling headphones 🖐️ Fidget toys Have something gently used sitting around at home? We'd love to give it a second home here too! 💛 And remember, St. Paul offers full-day preschool, so this space will support kids through all kinds of transitions throughout their day. 🎁 Shop our official Amazon registry down below 📍 Or drop off donations at the front office 📱 Questions?
